The room was cheap and cosy with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom😀

During the weekend, we really loved this place. Its location, not too far from Il Tornio, was absolutely amazing and peaceful. 🌿

Units with decor from the 1970's. The location was perfect and wonderful, for example, Paul Demaria was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Amazing & cosy rooms with decor from the 1970's. With coffee/tea making machines, a washing machine, and glassware. Incredibly comfortable location in a quiet area, easy to get around.

The room has central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television, with a super location and a great view.

We found ourselves in a charming old village, steps away from a fascinating castle and stunning lake views, but the real gem was the hotel's spacious room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty items, and the helpful staff made us feel welcome during our stay.

The lack of elevator made it challenging to carry our luggage up the steep hill to the hotel entrance.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a charming hotel nestled high up on a steep hill above Lake Como. The location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It felt like being in a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't find any major flaws.

If you're looking for a value-for-money stay in a picturesque location, this hotel is a great choice. The breathtaking views of Lake Como from the room with a lake view are worth every penny. The attention to detail in the kitchen facilities and the bonus of a washing machine make it feel like a home away from home. The proximity to the fascinating castle, which is free for hotel guests, adds to the charm of this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay in this hotel! The location on a steep hill above the lake was wonderful, allowing breathtaking views from our room. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with great facilities like a washing machine, small fridge, and kitchenette. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving us great recommendations for nearby attractions and even catering to gluten-free diets for breakfast.

We stayed at Il Portichetto for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience! The owner, Rita, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially during the challenging weather conditions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooms are comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days. The nearby Castello di Vezio is a must-visit, offering stunning views of Lake Como. Rita's homemade meals were delicious and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future!

Nestled in a quaint village, this hotel offered an authentic Italian experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered delicious homemade cakes for breakfast and a small, tasty restaurant on-site. the hotel had a unique hillside location offering fantastic views of the nearby town and lake.

The hotel had limited parking and was not easily accessible. the roads were narrow and required careful driving.
